Maddie Bauer is a young professional in the North Texas hunter, jumper, and dressage communities, known for her thoughtful, correct approach to training and her ability to develop confident horse–rider pairs.

Throughout her career, Maddie has earned multiple notable achievements, including USEF Horse of the Year titles and National Championship awards, as well as top placings across hunter, jumper, and dressage rings. Her program reflects this versatility — from bringing along young horses and restarting projects to preparing polished, competitive pairs for the show ring.

In addition to her riding and training background, Maddie has extensive FEI-level grooming experience, where she learned the standards of precision, detail, and presentation required at the highest levels of competition. This experience influences every part of her program today — from daily care to show preparation — and contributes to her reputation for producing polished horses and well-prepared riders.

Her riders have successfully competed in hunter and equitation finals and continue to progress through their divisions with confidence. Maddie places heavy emphasis on education, helping riders understand both how to ride well and why their horses respond the way they do — a signature element of her teaching style.

Maddie trains out of Whispering Farms alongside USDF Silver Medalists Katie McCullough and Christina Hall, further refining her understanding of biomechanics and progressive, horse-first training. This collaborative environment allows her to offer a program that is both well-rounded and tailored to each individual horse and rider.

Known for her patience, clarity, and consistency, Maddie prioritizes thoughtful development, long-term soundness, and a strong partnership between horse and rider. Her goal is to create confident, capable athletes who feel supported — whether they’re schooling at home or stepping into the ring.

Through MB Sport Horses LLC, Maddie continues to build a program rooted in trust, correct training, and a genuine belief in every horse’s and rider’s potential.
